Baby is almost here, and I can’t wait to get back on my fitness routine! Pregnancy actually treated me very well, so hopefully I’ll be back to my old shape in no time. What I use to stay fit was mostly a healthy diet. I eat all natural and organic. Don’t smoke ciggs, no fast food ever, and no soda or anything that contains high fructose corn syrup. I run a minimum of 2 miles a day with Pilates or Yoga mixed in at least twice a week. Take multi vitamins and drink lots of water! What you put in your body goes a long way on how it will look and how you will feel. It’s the best way to maintain your health and to give you the energy and ability to work out in the first place. :)
